Remuneration: $69.18 per hour to $82.42 per hour
About the role
Supports the strategic goals of the organisation by integration the mission and Spirit of Calvary into all operations
Lead Mission Governance: Integrate mission-focused governance into strategic planning and decision-making.
Promote People-Centered Care: Align operations with community needs in a culturally safe and inclusive environment.
Foster Calvary’s Values: Build a culture embodying hospitality, healing, stewardship, and respect.
Oversee Pastoral and Volunteer Services: Ensure quality and safety of these services.
About you
Mission-Driven: Commitment to Calvary’s mission, vision, and values.
Qualified: Tertiary qualification in health-related or people management field.
Experienced Leader: Proven leadership in hospital, aged care, or community settings.
Effective Communicator: Strong emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills.
Ethically Grounded: Knowledge of Catholic traditions and ethical principles.
